Niroga Center Yoga Teachers
Broderick has engaged in over a decade of intense self-inquiry that compelled him to forgo a professorial career in Chemical Engineering to study Naturopathic Medicine, a decision which then led him to the nurturing path of Yoga. He has a compassionate interest in studying the human condition while living a life filled with love, music, dance and play. His unique life journey has led him to dedicate his life to educating others on the path to inner peace, true happiness and fulfillment in life.
Broderick is an educator and workshop facilitator encouraging personal development and self-awareness employing the science of Yoga. In his workshops and classes he incorporates knowledge gathered from the western sciences of psychology, physiology and anatomy to compliment the rich Yoga science from India.
He received his yoga teacher training at Mount Madonna Center under the guidance of Master Yogi Baba Hari Dass. His training in Chemical Engineering (PhD) and Naturopathy (ND) informs his thorough, comprehensive and compassionate approach to teaching. broderickyoga.wordpress.com
Gentle Yoga Gentle
All levels are welcome to this gentle yoga class designed to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit. Benefits include increased flexibility, pain reduction, injury prevention, and increased energy. Learn healthy tools to help manage stress, anxiety or depression.
Mindful Flow Moderate / Vigorous
The mindful sister to Vinyasa Flow, is a practice where postures (asanas) are connected through the breath to build strength and flexibility while also nurturing mindfulness and developing self-awareness. The creative sequencing found in a vinyasa class is often built around surya namaskar (sun salutations). Students should have some existing yoga experience and be generally in good health.
